Paul has over thirty-one years of management experience with a multi-national Petroleum company. He has operated in an environment of ever changing challenges needed to be overcome to maintain a top three status in Europe and top ten in the world. Paul has been involved specifically in the training and development of recruits for the industry and has been part of major changes in direction and has played a major part in the implementation of those changes.
During this time he has worked with the Coverdale Organisation, Health and Safety, Chris Bull Associates, Business Link, and PINTO (National committee for setting NVQ standards for the Petroleum industry)His key skills are in the area of releasing people’s potential to improve individual performance, team achievement, customer service and corporate success.

Some Assignments: |
Implementation of a change programme for the multi-national Petroleum company to promote a complete restructuring of the Training and Development of its people, New and Old. Research, design and delivery along with the Coverdale Organisation, of a Graduates skill development programme called “Leading and Working in Teams”.
Design and implementation of Health and Safety programmes to promote Ownership and delivery of safety in the workplace, working with the shop floor and management teams. Skill development programme for managers, supervisors and line operatives to implement ALL aspects of the their work with a focus on improving team work and leadership.
