This is about a £1,000 government grant specifically aimed at CEOs and Managing Directors of businesses employing between 20 - 250 employees. It is a no catch opportunity for leaders to invest in their own skills, strengths and qualities.

So if you are interested; we have developed a 4 stage advanced programme, which starts with a free development needs analysis with a Cornerstone Adviser who will help you create a Personal Development Plan, and guide you through the process.

On completion of your Personal Development Plan, Business West will reimburse you for associated costs of up to £1,000. This programme is available for one CEO or Director from one organisation and there is no "Match Fund" requirement.

Upon completion of your Personal Development Plan, Business West will reimburse you for costs up to £1,000.

      What can Cornerstone offer?
 
Working in conjunction with Business West our role is to guide you through this programme and to secure the £1,000 grant.
 
Cornerstone can provide you with leadership training, facilitation and coaching services, all designed to refresh and build on your qualities as a business leader.
 
There are no restrictions on which service provider you can use.  If you decide to use Cornerstone services as part of your Personal Development Plan we will discount our fees by 15%.
 
 
We are an enthusiastic group of people with a reputation for providing creative, energetic and inspiring learning experiences to develop business leaders.
 
We work with Directors in small and large organisations to resolve issues on a consultancy basis; from reducing high staff turnover and conflict to increasing motivation and business development.
Are you eligible?
  • You are a CEO, Managing Director or an executive at director level
  • You lead an organisation in the private sector
  • You lead a voluntary organisation or social enterprise
  • You employ between 20 – 250 people
  • Your company head office is registered in the Business West area
  • You are not a franchise or part of a large national company
