Professional Experience:

Jane has nine years of training and consultancy experience, this followed eleven years in Human Resources management with multinational blue chip companies. In her role as Head of HR for Rothmans UK she planned and managed HR issues during a multinational merger.
As well as working with her own clients she acts as an associate consultant with an international consultancy in Oxford. She built up her skills and experience in developing individuals and improving organisational performance through teamworking, leadership, coaching and change management initiatives. Organisations worked with as a Cornerstone consultant and as an associate consultant include – Abbott Laboratories, Ingenta Publishing, Pearl Assurance, Chase Manhatten Bank, Barclays, KPMG, Home Office and defra.

    Research, design and implementation of a management development programme involving four levels of management focusing on the key issues within the business around communication and change for a pharmaceutical company.

    Introduced an appraisal skills and customer service skills programme for a new set up e publishing company
