Jane has nine
years of training and consultancy experience, this followed
eleven years in Human Resources management with multinational
blue chip companies. In her role as Head of HR for Rothmans UK
she planned and managed HR issues during a multinational
merger. As well as working with her own clients she acts as an associate consultant with an international consultancy in Oxford. She built up her skills and experience in
developing individuals and improving organisational performance through teamworking,
leadership, coaching and change management
initiatives. Organisations worked with as a Cornerstone consultant and as an associate consultant include – Abbott
Laboratories, Ingenta Publishing, Pearl Assurance, Chase Manhatten Bank, Barclays, KPMG, Home Office and defra. |
