Professional Experience:

Previously in the
Banking Industry, Julie worked as Human Resources and Training
Manager for Barclays Bank responsible for all generalist
personnel functions, training and management of staff. She
held a variety of management roles and managed the recruitment
function for a region of 2,500 people. A member of the
Chartered Institute of Bankers she is also accredited to carry
out Psychometric Testing Levels 1 and 2 and Myers Briggs.
Her work as a consultant for British Airways involved business
process re-engineering and provided support and guidance to
line managers in “ people aspects” of managing change.
Organisations worked with as an associate consultant for Cornerstone and other consultancies include – Kodak, Boots, Legal and General,
Shell, Logica, Eagle Star, Mars, Barclays, British Airways,
Chase Manhatten Bank, Direct Line, The Arts Council and other
smaller businesses. |

Some Assignments: |
Delivery of
management development programmes for major blue chip
financial companies. Worked with executive and senior level
managers in rolling out of a large programme that involved
changing reward packages and the leadership culture.
Involved in the delivery of ELAS Change in Prodspect
workshops. These large events focused on how to manage the
change process in a pragmatic and constructive way in order to
support staff to continue to manage the business.
Designed and delivered an internal assessment process for
Senior Sales managers in an international petroleum company.
Designed and ran focus groups for a staff attitude survey in
photographic organisation including analysis and feedback to senior managers.
Designed and delivered recruitment processes for several
divisions within a world wide IT conultancy. This project also included training
managers in recruitment and feedback skills. |
