Professional Experience:

Steve has over 14
years consultant experience in managing all types of change
programmes and projects. He has worked with major management
consultant and training organisations including – Hoskins, Cap
Gemini and the Coverdale Organisation. Clients include blue
chip, multinational and multicultural organisations -
including Procter and Gamble, United Distillers/Guinness,
Reynolds and Reynolds, Iams, Mobil/Exxon and Cincom. He has
also worked extensively with the Project Leadership conference
in North America (the largest in the world) and presented
successfully to the Information Technology Management
Association (ITMA) USA".
He has lived and worked extensively in North America, Europe
and the Far East. With his training and consulting skills he
works at all levels in an organisation and facilitates the
successful implementation of change programmes that meet
specific client needs. |

Areas of Expertise: |
- Work with
boards and senior teams to focus their thinking on key
programme and project issues, particularly how business
strategies can be successfully achieved through them.
- Facilitation of teams to form business aims and formulate
practical management plans that focus on priorities and
achievement of business goals and results.

to support people during the change process so that
implementation of plans is successful.

measured so that benefits are captured and real value is

Some Assignments: |
- Joint project
with Computer Weekly (the largest IT newspaper/periodical in
the UK), and conducted research into what causes projects to
fail in an IT environment and how to give them a better chance
of success. Over 9000 people were surveyed (senior IT
directors, managers, programme managers, project managers and
project leaders).
